The TELLUS 4CER project officially began with the kick-off meeting, which was held a few days ago and brought together all the partners involved in the project.
During the meeting, the scientific and technological objectives of the project were presented and the first operational activities were defined. In particular, the working groups discussed:
planning research activities on the recovery and purification processes of Recycled Raw Materials (RRM);
developing eco-design and predictive simulation models;
setting up industrial validation activities;
creating digital tools for material traceability.
The kick-off represented an important moment for consolidating collaboration between industrial and academic partners and aligning common strategies towards the expected results: reducing dependence on critical raw materials, decreasing energy consumption, and promoting a more sustainable and innovative ceramic supply chain.
With the official launch of activities, TELLUS 4CER is now entering the operational phase, laying the foundations for the development of technologies that will be validated and applied in the coming years.
